Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
To qualify for a return:
- the item must be unused;
- in original packaging;
- in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned:
- used products;
- damaged items caused by misuse;
- customised or special-order items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item is faulty;
- the wrong product was sent.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods.
Approved refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days.
Faulty Products
If a product is faulty or damaged:
- contact us immediately;
- include photos and order details.
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
