Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To qualify for a return:

• the item must be unused;
• in original packaging;
• in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

• used products;
• damaged items caused by misuse;
• customised or special-order items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• the item is faulty;
• the wrong product was sent.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods.

Approved refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days.

Faulty Products

If a product is faulty or damaged:

• contact us immediately;
• include photos and order details.

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
